I travel a lot and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, bed and breakfasts, motels and resorts. This was one of the worse experiences that I have ever had. I noticed that another yelper posted that it might be a good thing that the place was purchased by Dotty's....but I was there under the new management and it was horrific. I was told multiple times it was due to the new management that things were in disarray. I should have known when I walked in that it was going to be a bad experience. We were there for a race on St. Patty's day weekend and figured we would stay here because the race started in their parking lot. The cost per night wasn't horrible $86.00 per night. So I can give them one star for that (although my parents stayed on the strip for the same amount and their room was beautiful and they had ammenities). The room had peeling wall paper, a paper cup with candy in it, no water pressure, no conditioner, towel were super rough, and no bed spread. But I decided that this might not be a mark against them, because the room was dirty and I am pretty sure if there had been a bedspread it would have been pretty gross and nasty. The carpet was dirty and had been ripped up by the doorway. There was a huge hole in the floor by the elevator...looked like there had been an ice machine there that was ripped up. Because I stayed two nights they made me check out and check back in on Saturday morning. It was a nightmare. I ended up being locked out of my room and had to go down to the office desk again (even though I had been there three times asking about this check out check in procedure). Their one redeeming quality would have been the pool for my daughter. But it was out of order (similar to everything in the place). We had a 13 inch TV (old style) that only got 5 stations. There is no Wifi and we also got no cell phone service (T-Mobile). I tried to talk to the manager, but she wasn't helpful at all. She did appologize that they were in an ownership transition. I would not recommend staying here ever.
