  • I usually stay at DoubleTree whenever I go on business trips. I stayed here two nights. I went up to the 6th floor where my room was located after checking in, my room key didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to get a new room key. The gentleman was nice and offered me another cookie. Next day, I went to the counter and asked a question, the old lady, who seemed to be new, wasn't really nice which made me a little upset. Not great customer service. The room was spacious except the bathroom. The bathroom had the weird shape and was very dark. There is the closet right behind the sink. Other than that, the room was good. It has nice view. Ample parking space. The housekeeping ladies were very nice.
