This location is horrible!!! The staff members are rude, they are horrible at making all the drinks I've ordered. I've had so many complaints about this location and all Starbucks customer service has said to me is "sorry we'll let management know" every time. How many times do you have to tell management??
Examples of my bad experiences here:
*I've been stuck at the drive thru window waiting for my melting frapp because the baristas were chit chatting or helping customers at the front instead of the drive thru window.
* I tried the "no time no line" on my phone and was 1/5 people who still after 20mins did not receive my order even though the app said it would be a "2-6min" wait. Except I didn't want to be late to work so I left with nothing and Starbucks still has yet to refund me.
* I had a free reward on my iPhone app but it didn't say what the reward was and at the time I was new to using the app so I politely asked the barista how it worked and she was so rude yelling at me that I had to tell her specifically i wanted to redeem it and I should know how the app works
So let me just save you time.....avoid this location!!!
