Setting up an appointment was easy and efficient. So far so good. I call back to confirm my appointment and I am greeted by Ashley who had a hint of attitude when I inquired about the new patient forms. Okay no big deal I'll let it pass. I go to my email to retrieve the forms. Turns out they sent me forms that were already filled out BY ANOTHER PATIENT. I called back but nobody answered. I kept calling and FINALLY Ashley answered again. This time with the nastiest attitude. Like I was inconveniencing her from doing her job. My blood was boiling but I paused and kept my cool. Apparently they were in a meeting (like I knew that). I let her know about the mistake Christine made (the woman that I set up the appointment with) and all of a sudden she was nice. Yeah....I'll still go to my appointment but the staff needs to double check what they're doing (heard of hiipa?) and they need to work on their customer service skills.
