  • My husband and I went to Abuelo's for dinner on a Saturday night. The wait was not too long. Unfortunately, we were seated at a partially cleaned table and had a server that was quite oblivious to our presence. We spoke with the manager, JR, and he was very professional and customer oriented. He apologized for our experience and made it right. I was very impressed with his reaction to the complaint & will definitely go back to Abuelo's knowing that their leadership cares about their guests' experiences.
