Not a fan. The wait times are usually absurdly long, so I delayed trying Soul for a long time. When I finally did eat there, I found the menu was hit-or-miss. Only about half the tapas we tried were any good. The meatballs were unremarkable and the shells and cheese were a no-go: the intense sweetness of the BBQ pork belly in it didn't pair well with the heavy cheesiness...just an overwhelming dish, and far too sweet. Portions were also pretty small, given the quality of the food. Service was pretty good, as was my cocktail, but I don't think the food was good enough to warrant coming back.
