Picking up my online order at customer service was easy. However, there were a few expired items that I received a refund for, and a few were replaced with non-expired items. It's frustrating that the order wasn't double checked for quailty. The employees at customer service were pleasant and efficient. The store itself has all the low priced goods that one would expect to find at Kmart. I shop at Kmart occasionally, partly for nostalgia's sake and also becuase Kmarts in the Valley are dropping like flies. It's kinda surprising that the (soon to be) 2 left are still hanging on.
As a member of the Sears/Kmart/Lands End rewards program, I wouldn't have to deal with expired merchandise if they discontinued this program. I'd stop shopping there. They offer deals such as 100% back in points to be used at Kmart, Sears or Lands End. The kicker is that the purchases must be Kmart or Sears branded merch. Between the 3 stores, there are many ways to work this deal.
