  • The maintenance staff is great. Very quick service when they replaced my AC. However the rent and extra fees is high for a one bedroom. The trash, sewer, and water are not included in the rent and are charged separately. Also there is a 25 dollar a month valet trash fee that is mandatory that I don't want to use or pay for. I also get charged for pest control every month and there is a small chance for the gas of the common area. These fees add up and make a one bedroom expensive to live in.
