  • Gorgeous, gorgeous building. I really enjoy touring state capitals and while they had guided tours, I decided to explore on my own. It is a little confusing, and easy to get lost with all the twists and turns. I tried to find the observation deck. Finally found it (sort of), but it is closed until May. Makes sense; it was pretty frigid the day I was there. Welp, I guess I'll just have to come back to Madison then.....
