  • Ok - I cannot say enough amazing things about Raul. Just yesterday, I had a slight mishap at another salon and my normally platinum/white blonde hair turned out silver/grey. I was really sad and upset and decided to email Raul and see if he could get me in sometime in the next week and fix it. Even though it was 7:30 in the evening, he emailed me back in 8 minutes! He explained exactly why I had this issue, and assured that he could remedy the situation, and offered me an appointment at 10 am this morning. I arrived this morning, and I will admit, I was very scared that my hair might not be able to be taken back to the color that I wanted, or even worse, that it would come out looking worse. But I just went in with faith because of all the incredible reviews on here. MY HAIR LOOKS INCREDIBLE. He knew exactly what to do, he fixed it, and not only did he fix it, he made it look absolutely drop dead gorgeous. I have never been so happy with my blonde hair. Even though my hair has now been treated twice in two days, he managed to leave it shiny, silky smooth and feeling healthier than it has in months. I was blown away by how prompt he answered me, the fact that he got me in at 10 am the very next morning, and by how my hair looks. I am convinced that he is some kind of hair God, seriously, he worked MAGIC on me. He truly is Doctor Blonde. He has gained a loyal, lifelong client with what he did for me this morning. Thank you Raul!!!
