  • We had Kevin out to inspect our new build. It was easy to schedule an appointment date - he came out on a Sunday for us. Pricing is fair (a per square ft basis). He went through the house and surrounding lot systematically. You're welcome to walk with him if you're interested (you should be, it's your house!). He founded several mistakes and oversights that the builder missed. Definitely worth the cost for the piece of mind.
