I had a great experience today dealing with this company. I have a five-year-old 5 stage RO system under the sink that is having issues. I called up and spoke to a very pleasant and professional person named Rosie. I sent some pictures from my phone of some of the fittings under my sink I wanted to replace, she took me to the website, pointed out each item and helped me put together exactly what I wanted to have replaced. She was patient and courteous the entire time, I received a quick confirmation email and it shipped the next day.
Definitely more than I expected, I got through with them right away and got everything handled without being put on hold or transferred to another dept. I did go to Home Depot to try to figure this out on my own and it was impossible. These guys really provided the help I needed.
Also, the RO system really filters the water. I have one of those little water testers you dip in the water. My tests show the parts per million are reduced from a range of about 550-590 PPM (from the tap) to about about 40-50 ppm after the 5 stages. I also, just for fun, test water in various store bought water, they test very close give or take 10ppm which is nothing.
I estimate I have filtered about 1 gallon of water a day for the last 5 years or about 1800 gallons of water. That has saved a huge abount of plastic containers when I used to buy the gallons of water for about a dollar each.
