| - Just go somewhere else. Seriously. Not only is the customer service terrible at this store, but their employees engage in fraudulent transactions. An employee at this store permitted my daughter to purchase a new phone and sign a new contract on MY account, when she is not an authorized signer on my account. Oh, and the new phone and new contract resulted in more than $400 in charges being added to my account. We had to call Sprint customer care to get the issue resolved (which we did), but were told that in order to file a formal complaint, we had to go to the store and have them contact the district manager. Prior to driving 20 minutes to the store, I called the store and was also told that I had to come to the store to be able to talk to the district manager. So of course I get to the store and was told by the assistant store manager that they have no way of getting the district manager on the phone. Really? Because one of your employees just told me you could when I called the store 20 minutes ago. Completely shady. The assistant store manager just clearly was trying to avoid having to take accountability for what happens in the store when the actual store manager is away. He also gave me an alleged email for the district manager; however, when I Googled the person, his LinkedIn profile shows that he's a store manager in Gilbert. Perhaps he was promoted to district manager, or perhaps the assistant store manager at this store is just a complete douche and was trying to be slick (emphasis on "trying"), but either way, I sent in my complaint to the alleged district manager's email, and if it turns out that this person is actually the manager of a store in Gilbert, that's just more fuel to my fire.
