  • One of the most INSULTING treatment of a client ever!!!! Walked in for a blow out, no one greeted receptionist no where to be found. Finally was approached. Reception didnt know what a Brazilian blow out was, two older stylists came by and gave me the "we dont serve your kind" up and down look (and these are women with hairstyled from the 50's being snobby to me!). The reception tells me SURPRISE everyone is busy but ill give you a card. No "lets see how long" nothing, it was more like i should call and MAYBE we van take you. Basically ushering me out! Insulting from a salon which had clearly seen better days. Should be grateful to get clients at all! Unless you are thier friend, walk ins are NOT welcome!!
