I bought a brand new Jeep Renegade here. When they brought it out to me to drive away, they ruined the stripping around the passenger side window by scratching it in the car wash. Management came out and said they'd order a new part for me. I've been back twice now, both times because they scheduled the appointment for me and said they had the replacement part. Both times I showed up, they made me wait a good twenty minutes for my "advisor" to come outside. Both times, he never came out - someone else did to admit they didn't actually have the part. Such a waste of my time.
I also ordered the maintenance package that includes free oil changes for up to 8 years. Came here for my first oil change and the lady swears I only paid for 9 oil changes. I'm so livid by the extreme lack of customer service here, and the fact that I've had to take time off work to get here for service that they can't do (even though they're the ones who call me and tell me they have the parts). I wish I never bought this vehicle from them - they'll act great during the sales process and once they have your money, they'll treat you like trash.
