  • My wife and I just came home from a weekend away and to our surprise our three year old water heater was not working. I tried to troubleshoot it as best as I could but I have no idea what I'm doing. I called around to just about every shop in town just trying to get an appointment but no one could set one and just said someone would call to set up a time. These were some of the big, nationwide places too. It seemed we were going to have cold water for a few days. The last number I called was Dignity Plumbing and I spoke with Scott. He immediately told me he could be out the next morning by 8:00am. He called in the morning and even showed up a few minutes early. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that the fix would take about two hours. He was right and the job was done pretty quickly. I had to leave but had a family member stay while the job was being completed. It wasn't a cheap fix and is super frustrating considering the unit is just over three years old but I happily paid for the convenience and professionalism displayed by Dignity and Scott. Thanks for getting our hot water back!
