UPDATE: Our AC was operating fine for two weeks after it being fixed by the CC, and then I went on a trip for the next two, came back and found the same error.
I called the CC, and they sent Ray back again--this time with a technician-in-training, Edward. Both of them handled the situation really well, was able to run multiple diagnostic measures and find the problem; it ultimately being in a poorly connected joint from the initial installation (not from the CC).
Everything was covered under the 1 yr. labor warranty, including the Freon recharge. There was no arguing or problems, just good service.
