  • I would not recommend Moar, the quality of work was completely unacceptable, they had to come out a second time to finish the job. The job was finally finished acceptable but not great. From the quote given to me by Moar; Notes pertaining to this job only - Back yard only - Mechanical take down of all weeds and grass return all areas back to dirt - Cut down Desert Brooms by gate and dig out stump - Clean up and throw away all trash in yard Not removed, had to come out again and haul what should have been done the first time - Items to keep include, Wicker patio set, Propane grill, swamp cooler, hoses, pool box, and anything else that may look of value. - For items questionable, make a pile and have client choose which ones to keep No one contacted me about what to keep so I ended up with a large pile of junk in the corner of the yard. - Treadmill, red charcoal grill, pots, blocks, etc... are trash Not Removed - Blow and clean up all debris Not all debris picked up - Spray weeds taken down heavy with double dose of chemical, A couple of weeks later the yard full of grass and weeds, must have been fertilizer instead of weed killer
