  • I went in late Dec of last year and they helped me find a few adapter pieces I could use for a project. Later I found a more standard way of solving the problem. It was only $5.00 so the parts just sat on my shelf. Later I was in the area and dropped in to see about a refund. No dice-it did say on the receipt all sales final-so no problem. So I was very nice and gave them the parts so they could re-sell them since all they would do is hang around my place unused. I drove just down the street and then thought about a different project and thought they might have something else that would work. I went in and the younger blonde lady was nice and I found a little rubber grommet that might work and she gave it to me-about a 30 cent part. Then the old lady with gray/blonde hair launched on me for trying to bring something back five months later. I said all I did was ask nicely and I didn't give them any problem, in fact I gave them the parts for free to resell!!!!!!!! She kept on and on saying I had a lot of gall coming in for a refund months later, AFTER I already gave her the parts for free to resell!!!!!!!!! Obviously words were exchanged and the younger blonde lady was saying she was sorry, but the old lady just kept going off. I took my parts back and as I was leaving the old lady told me not to come back. Obviously I will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!!!!! Just read the other reviews and you will see this behavior is a pattern and no matter how much you think you need them you really don't.
