  • The burger design is commendable for a mall food court establishment but the staff and service scream 'we just work here and don't care about how you feel'. I waited 15 minutes for my food and they ran out of ketchup and straw when it became ready. One staff was manning cash register and the grill at the same time while two were idling. Need some serious training regimen.
