  • We were looking for a good happy hour near or inside Monte Carlo. The only thing that we ordered that is worth mentioning were the tiger prawns and oyster shooters. They only come in a pair, but they were good. Not worth the price (even at happy hour), but good. We also ordered a round of oyster shooters. They were pretty good and had a good aftertaste (odd for seafood) so have those last. The service was fast and the bartender was friendly. Maybe worth it for happy hour.
