  • The absolute worst experience I have ever had! They raised the numbers right before signing. I've leased two cars prior and the experience was nothing like this. They said the price had to go up because the credit score came in three points lower than I told them it would. I came to Scottsdale from Peoria because the sales guy told me I should try Hyundai, but this service was just as bad. The only good thing that came out of it, is I didn't agree to the $29 increase monthly and went to Mercedes where we were treated with respect. Paid $500 less down, my payment is $70 lower monthly and includes all my service for four years. I was very excited about joining the Audi family, but they completely ruined the entire experience. Communication was terrible and made the customer feel like they didn't care one bit. I am one who loves to give extremely great reviews, but with this one I had to be honest. The most uncomfortable and painful car shopping experience. Now I'm a Mercedes girl and happy.
