  • Booked twice in the last 2 months and I have to say everything was perfect!, great customer service, great prices, The Manager of the place Jill Syler is extraordinary when it comes to deliver the best customer service possible. She will make sure you are completely satisfied with your rental experience. As far as timing, I was in and out the place out to my car in 15 mins tops. There was a line (like everywhere around), but they take care of you as soon as they can. No pressure to buy extras. Will rent again in the future from this place. By the way, this place had the best prices in the rental car business in Vegas if you rent direct from them online.
