  • This is NOT a resort! This is a club. The entire day they have s giant pool party (picture coachella) with bottles and cups floating in the pool. Obnoxious drunk people everywhere. They lack 30+ people in a room who pump techno music. Then when I called to ask to move rooms she said she couldn't guarantee our next room would be any quieter. We go to the next room and the hallway reeks of weed, like so much you'd get a contact high. This place is gross. Not one person in this miserable hotel was nice. Went to see Tracy Morgan in the showroom and spent $60 a ticket - the seats were completely obstructed view. When we asked the manager if we could move, he told us he could refund us the money but he'd have to take our tickets. I've literally never met a meaner human being in my life. They moved us in front of a walkway, so the entire night people were walking right in front of us and ushers went into the stairwell they put us next to and carried on conversations. This place SUCKS. Save your money, do not go here.
