  • As always, I had an amazing experience at Beauty Bar. In my quest for perfect skin and that wonderful "glow," I went to see Nurse Leah at the Yonge and Eglinton location for the newly offered deluxe hydrafacial, which in essence, is a regular hydrafacial but elevated to a whole NEW LEVEL. Nurse Leah is very knowledgeable and she explains every step of the process and answers all your questions. The receptionist was also amazing. She was super friendly and helped me out with my forms. While waiting, she also described the amazing benefits she had recently had with the new Skinceuticals HA intensifier. After using it for over a month now, this product is amazing and highly recommended. Now onto the actual procedure; this is a hydrafacial on crack. While a regular hydrafacial will definitely result in a more even complexion, the deluxe hydrafacial involves a triple go-over your skin with the various acids and serums, and culminates with a special serum at the end targeted for whatever skin concerns the patient might have. I personally chose the growth factor serum and felt it made such a difference in the little spots in my chin area. After the procedure, I also went into the red light therapy booth which was very soothing and I think enhanced the whole procedure. I could not believe the change in my skin the day, and subsequent weeks after. My skin was glowing, even, not a single pimple in sight and my pores were smooth. I think I'm addicted.
