Horrible! Had my AC quit on me and this was the place my home warranty company assigned. I sent the request in at night and called them in the morning to expedite the visit. The person on the other end of the line seemed annoyed but was still professional so I let it go. They said they would try to get someone out to me within 3 hours. 4 hours go by. Nothing. I call again, the person even more annoyed now. He swore he called me and left a message to let me know what time he would be there. He didn't. Then he asks if it's possible he spoke to my husband and I just didn't know. However the way he said it made me think he feels like I'm some hysterical pushy woman who doesn't know what's going on. I don't have a husband, and no, you never called me. I was always friendly and not pushy, just simply wanted a concrete plan. He then tells me that he'll be there between 3 and 6. So I've already been sitting around in a hot house all morning waiting for you, and now I have to wait longer. I was there at 3, however at 4:30 my dogs started to get heat stroke so I was resigned to sitting in my car with my dogs with the AC on waiting for this jerk. I got fed up. I finally called the home warranty place to see if I could get someone else out faster. She called four seasons mechanical and they said they wouldn't be able to get to me until 8 the next day. So at 4:30 they knew that wouldn't get to me, but did they let me know? No. Very rude. I hope bad things happen to them. I wouldn't even care if they died, because that's exactly what they said to me when they strung me along and ultimately ignored me when my AC was out on a 110 degree day. Don't use them.
