  • I had another great experience at this shop. My daughter's car started making an unusual creaking noise that sounded like it was coming from the rear suspension. We took the car to Peoria Kia and they initially completely misdiagnosed the issue (said the spare tire and jack were loose), and when I pressed them to check again they came up with a $500+ estimate to replace rear bushings. Not trusting their diagnosis, we took the car to Jim and within an hour he called to tell me that the fix was a loose bolt that required half a turn, at no charge. I cannot stress enough how satisfying it is to work with an auto repair shop that does great work at a fair price and, most importantly, that you can trust. Jim didn't make any money on this appointment, but he'll absolutely get all of my future business. Thanks Jim!
