  • Contacted them by e-mail on May 8 inquiring about a wine I was looking for and as of today, over two weeks later, still have not heard back. Was able to have another store order the wine for me - they responded in less than 24 hours. I'm sure it could be a great place, but I'll never know with the lack of response.
