  • Palmilla has to be the worst place I've ever lived at. When you need to call the office they never answer! And when they do they ask you to leave your name and number and the manager will call you back which they never do. They never have the answer to your question or can't find paperwork of what you are calling about. They only put positive reviews on there page, they choose which ones go on the website which is misleading to anyone who doesn't look at other places for reviews. I haven't lived there in over a year and they still can't help me with an on going issue I have. Not only staff but parking sucks you can never park on the property and you have to park outside on the road. My car and my boyfriends car both got towed there! The inconvenience and money spend was so overwhelming! Plus there are kids running around with no adult supervision and police roaming threw the area because something is always happening. This was the very first place I lived on my own and it was the worst experience of my life. I thank god I found another place that treats me so much better and are their to help. Trust me it's not very hard to please me I'm easy going. I suggest you find somewhere else to live anywhere is better then here! I promise. I have never left any review about anything but this one is a must. I should have looked into it more and opened my eyes to all the signs. I hope this was helpful and good luck to anyone that lives here and wants out you cannot break the lease!
