I can only comment on their customer service, not the actual maid service. This is because even though I had scheduled an appointment nearly 10 days out, I received an e-mailed message through Yelp several days before my appointment, stating that they no longer had any availability on my scheduled day. The Manager, Fernando, also added that they do not have availability until nearly a week after my appointment had been scheduled. I was amazed with the lack of customer service, and the audacity to cancel a scheduled appointment via a Yelp message, as opposed to a simple phone call.
