  • We are winter visitors and had no idea who to take our Expkorer to for transmission service. We drove past Gruelichs one day and the shop looked so clean and organized so we chose them. They serviced our transmission and a few weeks later we heard a noise coming from the rear right whee so we returned. They replaced the wheel bearings and while driving home my husband heard a strange noise. He took the car back and one of the bearings had "exploded " causing a lot of damage to the car. Gruelichs rented us a car and took care of the problem free of charge. Can't begin to explain how impressed we are with this company. They know the meaning of customer service.
