  • I came in to request a quote for a part for my MacBook keyboard. Mark inspected my keyboard, went to the back to retrieve the part, had the part on hand, and installed it in less than 5 minutes. Asked a few more questions about a potential SSD upgrade for my aging MacBook and Mark answered all of them. Great experience at the store. Will definitely return for Apple related repairs.
