  • I'm going to keep this short and sweet. Went in for a brake job, spent a lot of money and when I got behind the wheel to drive home, the brakes were softer than they were when I brought in my vehicle!!! They had to go back, take off the tires and make whatever adjustments (probably bleed the lines) had not been made when they were replaced! This is auto shop 101 and a business performing this sort of service cannot miss these sorts of things. This error would have put the safety of myself and my family at risk had I left without knowing the brakes were not right. The Manager was not at all apologetic and showed no remorse. I will never refer this place or ever return. Stay away, I think a new Brakes Plus is opening near Happy Valley and 19th Avenue and as for any other needed services, go someplace else. I wouldn't even trust this place to change my oil nor yours!
