  • I came in the day before X-mas to shop for a sectional and found the whole place to myself. During the early afternoon, there wasn't even 5 people in the entire showroom. You could hear a pin drop. While it was nice and quiet, we were wondering where all the sales people were. We wandered around for about 15 minutes, sales person free. Not sure if the staff was on a relaxed Christmas staffing schedule but we only encountered one young lady walking around with a clipboard who asked us if we needed any help. We told her what we needed as far as needing to know if the sectional we were interested in had already been "stain" proofed but after 15 minutes waiting she never returned. The showroom was clean, furniture selection nice but I wish there was adequate sales help because I wanted to buy a sectional that day.
