  • I would NEVER recommend KalTire based on this location. I dropped off my vehicle, believing i needed a new battery. I explained the issue i was having, which could've been the battery or the alternator. explained to them that the Lloyd, AB location had just installed the battery one year prior. they installed a new battery, THEN tested after - only to then find out that its the alternator that was the problem, not the battery. feel completely fucked over by these people and tell everyone I know about this experience going back to canyon meadows auto and Chad Stronge to have the alternator replaced, as i know they are honest, and find out what the problem is first prior to doing any work.
