I saw a Groupon deal for Simplicity a while ago. I called the 1-800 number to see if they accepted the Group deal at the location near me. The person on the phone said I didn't have to go through Groupon, and that she would give me the same deal. I paid over the phone, and made my first appointment.
Upon walking in, the front desk person immediately checked me in. Except for the first appointment where I had to fill out new customer paperwork, a technician called me to the back within 5 minutes to get the treatment started. I signed up for treatment on two large areas, and I was always able to be in and out in less than 30 minutes.
I love that this place opens at 7 am. I am able to do my appointments before the kids wake up, or before work. It is very easy to reschedule appointments.
I didn't like it at first that I could not request the same technician for my appointments. If I want to know who will give me my treatment, I have to call a week before my appointment. I have been here for 4 times now, and I have had three different technicians. They all are good and pleasant, so I don't mind anymore which technicians I get/ will get.
