  • My overall review I was disappointed ...I felt hallways and stairwell was always dirty, there was lots of noise, one tenant used her balcony for her pet to poop. In general dog poop was a problem . In 6 months of living here I struggled with cost of utilities for 3 months, I have received some assistance , my point is there was no care free living, I held my breath every month for 4 months wondering what the costs of my water, sewer and trash would be ? It started at $200 for one person myself. Understand that this utility normally for one person in this building will be hire then the normal with no explanation . Now at my departure my security deposit of $300 will be used as a cleaning fee for normal wear and tear this will not be refunded. This appears as a security deposit on the contract not a cleaning fee. I left this apartment clean in the condition in which it was given to me, except for normal wear. My contract was very ambiguous be aware ask that everything they say be written in the contract. Good luck..
