  • In the CLT airport. Ok Copper beer. Overall, stupid logistics where the menus are on the bar, and not in the restaurant. No customer service, no selling, no upselling. Nada. Zip. We were sitting at the tables for 30 minutes before we realized there was a menu. We had NO IDEA because none was visible and no mention of food was made by the bartender. Later, and when we saw him deliver a sandwich we asked him where we order them, and and he said menus are at the bar. We looked, and observed paper menus on the bar and no where in sight in the dining area. Where vwe sat. Now, we also found he would give table service if you came in and sat down. But he never did come to ours, so we ordered at the bar, and at that time no menus were out. Wtf. If we owned this place, everyone would be fired. No smile, no attentiveness, no pride in a job well done. Zero personality, does not represent the brand. Why get out of bed at all? If you have a job you detest, as clearly you do, stay home and do us all a favor. Hire people who know how to smile.
