  • First of all, you probably have to be from Hawaii to really enjoy this restaurant as this establishment caters specifically to those who were born and raised there. So if you're not from Hawaii, I am not sure you are going to enjoy this place. Not surprisingly, the people who do not like it don't appear to be from Hawaii. I particularly like their hamburger steak plate; but unfortunately, the serving size for this particular dish got smaller. IMHO, people from Hawaii like their serving sizes large. So if you are from Hawaii and like a hamburger steak plate, Hawaiian style, this is the place for you. But maybe you'll need another side dish, like a spam musubi, to fill you up.
