  • Horrible Job ! I came in to have my handle on my brand new hard suitcase repaired but ended up with more damage to my Case. They put dirty black grease marks on the inside straps. Also I ask the sales Lady not to cut my Suitcase if they couldn't fix it with out opening it up and they cut it anyway and glue it back together! I now have scuff marks all over my Case ! I will ever visit this Business again. The Gentleman helping me today had the dirtiest hands I've ever seen and he not only handled the money he was touching all over my bag inside and out! When I inquired about the grease stains inside of my bag he said he could use a chemical to try and clean it but I declined . Thanks for a horrible job!!!!
