  • Very helpful and professional! I had a scheduled appointment with A competitor made 2 days ahead of time. When scheduling my appointment I asked if someone would be sent out they said I needed to drive the vehicle to the shop. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time they informed me I was not on the schedule. Luckily, I was able to walk Into Caliber without and appointment. The adjuster informed me my vehicle was unsafe to drive and was able to provide the quote after my insurance company changed the agreement to Caliber. They were extremely helpful in my time of need and will be sending text messages to inform me of any updates.
