Hey Fry's, I got terribly sick after consuming a Starbucks Beverage in your store. As a result, I had had to get help from Paramedics and they transported me to the Emergency Room. Due to major vomiting episodes that began about 3 hours after consuming the product, my blood pressure drop to a dangerous low along with my pulse being as low as 50 bpm. Thus, I remained in the ER overnight. It was horrible and I missed a full week of work as I fly for an airline and I was in no condition to be at altitude inside a jet. Shortly following this episode of food poisoning or contamination, I filed a report at your store with one of your Stuffed Shirt Managers who acted as if I was taking up too much of his time. The claim was handled by SEDGWICK and KROGER pays Sedgwick to process such claims knowing that Sedgwick will be biased towards Kroger/Frys or any other Kroger store. YOUR COMPANY STINKS! Thanks a lot for injuring or making your Customer injured or sick and then paying the most inhumane company (SEDGWICK) and their Crooks do nothing to help the injured or sick. SEDGWICK SUCKS and KROGER knows it. I have ZERO respect for any company that hides behind SEDGWICK and allows SEDGWICK to treat the Claimant like DIRT. I will never forget this.
