We were not able to get a receipt as you usually do when you return your car. Instead, we were told to go to the kiosk to get the paperwork associated with returning your car. No explanation was given and we had to wait at least 40 minutes to get this resolved. There must have been 30 people in line at any one time. This is a good example of bad service with no explanation given whatsoever. Not even the Thrifty guy who was doing our paperwork had a clue.
