If I could give negative stars, I would. First off, the manager wanted to charge me $40 to clean the dog hair out of my car. That didn't include cleaning the exterior or interior. The amount of dog hair in the car was minimal. I assumed their vacuums were more powerful than my hand held home vac. Then went I went to pay, my card kept declining. This resulted in me having to call my bank to see why. My bank stated it didn't even show a record of the charge or a decline code. So I asked the cashier to run my card again. She politely did, and it turn it was declined AGAIN. I told her she needs to call her system provider as I only have one form of payment. She went to get the 'manager', who proceeded to grab something from the shelf and purchase it with his own card. He then tells me it's my card and that the system is working fine. I relayed to him that my bank had already confirmed it's not a decline as there is not even a record of the transaction. He rudely told me no, it's your card. He then starts speaking Spanish to the cashier and laughs. I told him to run it again, as credit like my bank instructed me. Voila, it worked. Worst customer service ever. While waiting for my car the so called manager was yelling at another unhappy customer. The wash/vacuum job wasn't even worth paying for. I will NEVER go back to this place.
