| - After one year of owning a Range Rover I have had to visit the service center only twice, however, I cannot express the great service I have received each time. My first visit was for my Year Service, where I received a courtsey verhicle, was contacted on some additional items they identified and then contacted when my car was ready. I arrived and they had my car ready and washed and walked me through everything they had done.
This past week I had to go back to my "Break Pad" light coming on and off over the last two weeks. New Brake Pads, no way..I haven't put that many miles on my car. Needless to say it was not the brakes, but rather the battery that was not connecting properly. Thank goodness. Again, the service was top notch. Now, let me tell you there are only two service representatives, Gary and Gary, but that has never seemed to be an issue. They are both great and both on top of all their customers. I also was happy to see they had a Yelp "Check-In" plaque in the waiting room. Thanks Gary and Gary, I look forward to my next visit.
