I bought a groupon for 12 sessions and have used not even half of my sessions. The manager and owner reach out to me via email saying I have 4 classes unpaid for and that they cannot honor my Groupon because they have a file with my same name. I ask the owner to look into my file because I have only been to summits before and I would gladly pay for a package once I am done using my Groupon. The owner never got back to me. Guess she doesn't care about loosing a client. Very disappointed in the customer service will stick to Summits.
