  • I've been going to Mama Ricotta's for about 5 years and I've never had a bad meal. When we think about where to go for dinner and decide Italian we may go elsewhere 'just to try it' but every meal will compare to Mama's because we love it.. so I guess it's our standard for Italian here in Charlotte. The calamari is always on point and a must order. Penne Alla Vodka and the Penne, Broccoli, and Chicken are always amazing.. tip: order the family size so you are sure to have leftovers! The lasagna and chicken parm are great classics too!
