There is a reason this company is rated so low. I applied for a loan on May 22 and everything was conditionally approved on June 26. The only thing that could change this is if something changed on my end. The loan officer requested information about the HOA and received that information around June 9th. He never followed up on the questionnaire about the ownership that would disqualify me and every other buyer from purchasing a condo in this development. I was called two days before my closing on August 1 and told they couldn't fund my loan, because of the ownership issues at the development. This is pure negligence and now I stand to lose my $10,000 of Ernest money and improvements. They had over 50 days to review the requested information and didn't. They claim my loan officer resigned. I see other people have been told this as well. The did offer to pass me on to one of their apathy customer service people. Yes, that's what they said. What an insult. Lets see what my attorney thinks about their apathy offer and their negligence.
