  • This location is open on Saturdays!! Huge plus when I could never get there during the week's open hours. I had three large suitcases that need to be shipped cross country, and I wasn't able to get them in my car - they offered above and beyond service coming by to pick them up. Efficient, courteous and in uniform, Ed picked up my packages with ease and handled them with care. Shout out to Bridget for excellent customer service over the phone who went through all the details with me. She followed up on calling me back with an accurate pick-up and delivery schedule. She patiently discussed pricing, dimensions, tracking, and payment. I was under a time crunch with this shipment, but Bridget took my situation and made it work within their shipping schedule. I can hear her smile over the phone. She genuinely cared and valued me as a customer. Thank you Bridget and Ed! You're wonderful representation at the UPS Store and I'll be back! p.s.... as I'm reading other Yelp reviews, it's no surprise that Bridget has been positively mentioned before! She's friendly, helpful and awesome - that's hard to find these days!
