  • Under new managenent. Used to be a decent place, now they're running some sort of wig scam. I'm calling corporate. My family was treated poorly today. My sister and daughter both got bad cuts. They gave a free cut to my sister under the guise that they donate the hair. Very sketchy about who they donate to. Didnt ask if the hair was treated or dyed. I believe they're making wigs or tracks out of the hair and reselling it. Not sure this new management is on the up and up. They panicked at the notion that we might keep the hair instead of donating. I miss old management. At least they were honest and up front. At least they gave each person the cut they asked for. At least they weren't running some shady side hustle.
